Every year ONE CARE conducts a Client Satisfaction Survey to understand how well we are serving our clients. We use this information to improve our services to better meet the needs of our valued clients. What you say about our services matters to us; We want to hear what you have to say!
Every year we select a random sample of our clientele to complete the survey. We use a consulting service to make sure that your answers remain completely confidential. You can choose to opt out, or you can request that your family caregiver answers the survey on your behalf, by calling ONE CARE or emailing email@example.com.
Survey runs from September 13, 2021 – October 15, 2021.
