Nutritious hot or frozen meals delivered to the home by volunteers.


Day respite in the home, Also overnight respite through our adult day program, provides caregivers with some much needed rest.

Wellness & Exercise

Community or in-home sessions to maintain and increase physical well being.

United Way supports Meals on Wheels and Transportation programs. Community Support Services funded by the SW LHIN.
