ONE CARE’s Footcare program was created with the idea in mind that everyone deserves pain-free healthy feet to help our clients stay active, reduce risk of falls, keep their balance.
Proper foot care can offer warning signals for diabetes, arthritis, poor blood circulation, nerve damage, and more. When our clients have health issues, professional footcare can help prevent serious complications.
Foot Care Services
Proper foot care is essential for maintaining mobility, preventing complications, and promoting overall well-being. ONE CARE’s Foot Care Program is provided by Nurses with advanced foot care training, ensuring professional and high-quality care.
Services Offered
Comprehensive foot assessment and ongoing monitoring
Nail care – Trimming, filing, and management of various nail conditions
Corn & callus reduction/removal
Thickened toenail reduction
Care for ingrown & involuted toenails
Diabetic foot care – Prevention of complications such as infections, ulcers, and nerve damage
Health education & preventative care – Guidance on maintaining foot and nail health
Footwear recommendations – Advice on choosing appropriate, supportive footwear
Referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed
Eligibility
Available to older adults and adults with health care needs in Huron and Perth counties
Clients with active foot infections or open wounds are not eligible and should contact their healthcare provider

Locations: Stratford and Clinton
Appointments: Monday to Friday (Service schedule varies by location)
Fees & Registration
Initial assessment $65
Regular ongoing visits are $35
Subsidies may apply based on eligibility
Clients are invoiced monthly
