The programs we offer help older people and people with health challenges to live at home within a network of support and in a caring community.
This program allows clients to remain in the comfort and safety of their own home while receiving optimal personal care support.
In-Home Support
At ONE CARE, we provide compassionate and reliable personal care services to support individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life at home.
Our team of personal support workers (PSWs) assists with a range of daily living activities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and well-being. These services include:
Personal care: Assistance with bathing (sponge bathing, bath, or shower), skin care, shaving, hair care, and oral hygiene
Dressing support: Help with dressing and undressing
Toileting and incontinence care
Light meal preparation
Medication reminders and cueing
Specialized care as directed by healthcare professionals
Light housekeeping (limited) and laundry services
Available to a wide range of clients including older adults and those living with health challenges in Huron and Perth Counties and surrounding area.
Intake is provided between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Services times may be provided seven days per week and can be scheduled according to client care needs. To register for this program please call 1-844-482-7800.
