ONE CARE provides the Lifeline Emergency Response System to residents in Huron County and Stratford through our partnership with Philips Lifeline.
Lifeline’s Personal Response and Support Service provides you with peace of mind to live independently at home – knowing that help is just a push of a button away. When you press your Personal Help Button, you are connected within seconds to a trained Lifeline Response Centre Associate who accesses your personal health profile, assesses your situation and arranges for the appropriate assistance. This can include notifying friends or family if necessary. The Associate will also follow up to make sure help arrives.

Lifeline Associates stay on the line until help arrives, ensuring you are never alone in an emergency.

Installation & Ordering
Lifeline units are professionally installed by Lifeline employees.
To order, contact us Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Once requested, Lifeline will reach out to you within 1-3 business days to arrange installation.
