ONE CARE provides a range of supportive care services that enable seniors and people with disabilities to enjoy a good quality of life as they age at home.

In-Home Personal Support: Personal care is provided by certified Personal Support

Home Support/Home Help/Respite: Assistance with household chores and daily tasks. Respite care when the family care-giver needs a break.

Meals on Wheels: Nutritious, affordable hot and frozen meal programs. Delivered to your door.

Reassurance: A caring volunteer checks in regularly in-person or by telephone to ensure all is well. LIFELINE is an easy-to-use personal 24 hour emergency response service.

Home at Last: (HAL) A free service to help aging adults and those with special needs to settle in at home safely and comfortably after a stay in hospital.


Social/Dining Programs: Hot meals in a social setting (Diners' Club) and special events or activities help people to get together for good food and companionship.

Exercise/Wellness: LIFE (Living Independently Through Fitness & Education) community group or in-home exercise activities designed to increase physical strength and reduce falls. Wellness programs include blood pressure checks, hearing and nutritional screening, footcare and health education.


EasyRide service is available for appointments, shopping, errands or social activities. Accessible vehicles, vans, taxis and volunteer drivers get you where you want to go, when you need (or want) to be there!

Service is available 7 days per week. Booking Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.


Supportive Housing/Assisted Living: 24 hour support in designated locations for individuals with significant needs for assistance with daily living. Available in Brussels, Goderich and Zurich.

Adult Day Programs: A planned program of activities designed to promote well-being through social and health-related services. Programs available in Clinton, Exeter, Goderich, Grand Bend and Wingham.

Social Work: Support for family and personal issues through confidential counseling services in partnership with Family Services Perth Huron.
